Learn how to wash your hair the right way and thus make the most of your shampoo

Using the shampoo properly is the first step of caring for the wires. Washing does not only guarantee cleanliness as it is essential for the total utilization of the other treatment steps.

The shampoo contains surfactants, namely, cleaning agents with negative charge that remove the oiliness, pollution and cosmetic residues from the wires. Generally speaking, with a higher pH than the conditioners and masks, between 5.0 and 6.0, it opens the cuticles and allows the nutrients to enter the treatments.

Each type of hair requires a washing frequency: while the most oily ones need to be washed every day, curly and frizzy should be sanitized, at most, every 2 days so as not to be resected.

1 ? Wet your hair well

Before distributing the shampoo, soak the hair well with warm, cold water and let it drain through the wires for a few seconds. Meanwhile, massage the scalp with your fingertips. This is the first cleaning step for the removal of the grosser impurities.

2 ? Apply the shampoo

The amount of shampoo varies according to the length of the hair. But on average, its:

? 1 teaspoon for short hair;
? ½ soup spoon for medium hair;
? 1 tablespoon for long and volume hair.

With the hair well wet, put the indicated amount in the palm of your hands and spread each other. Then distribute the product in 4 parts of the head: at the top, on the left and right sides and on the nape. Use your fingertips to massage the scalp with circular motion to activate blood circulation. This step lasts approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse well afterwards.

If you have a habit of washing your hair every day, a single wash is enough. But if your hair is oily, you use finalizers daily or the time between a wash and another is more than 2 days, a double wash is required, since the first is not enough to completely remove the remnants of finalizers, pollution and Accumulated oiliness. In this case, repeat the washing in the same way. This time, the shampoo will make a creamy foam and more abundant. After massaging the scalp, pull the foam to the length and tips with your hands smoothly and without rubbing the wires so that they do not embarrass.

3 ? Rinse

Dont be in a hurry in time to rinse your hair. This last step is essential for the health and vitality of the wires, as well as helping to eliminate the impurities that are in the foam. Let the water drain through them while your fingers massage the scalp.
